This 7-session training program was designed for those who have had some prior Breakthrough Conversations training, and want to both increase their own skills AND learn to coach and help others in their organization. Participants in this program will:

• Learn to coach others to:
  • Sort themselves to determine what really matters to them  in preparation for important conversations or meetings
  • Identify Facts and Stories to reduce conflict and tension
  • Gain clarity about situations where they want to create something new or different
  • Communicate authentically about what matters to them 
  • Explore possibilities in areas where they may feel challenged or stuck
  • Approach conversations Above the Line
• Develop a deeper capacity to have effective Breakthrough Conversations themselves
• Have increased capacity to pivot in conversations to get back on track, or to change course where needed
• Be able to support those who are trained in BC to use the skills in their conversations
• Have greater impact in their work with leaders, co-workers and clients.

This program invites significant engagement and practice so participants not only learn more - they will be able to apply the skills in an increasingly integrated way. For companies already invested in bringing Breakthrough Conversations to their teams, this program leverages that investment.

In addition to the sessions, coach trainees will have rigorous homework for practice and application between sessions and participate in both individual and small group coaching sessions with an expert BC facilitator to hone the use of the tools and skills.

Dates: Dates for our upcoming session are Thursdays, 8:30am to 10:30am Mountain Time on January 23, February 6 & 20, March 6 & 20, April 3 & 24

Cost: $4,500 (participants will be invoiced after registering)

At the end of the program, you'll have increased your capacity to apply the Breakthrough Conversations tools and skills in a variety of situations and be able to apply your knowledge to help others create better relationships and results.
